Milda Dainovskytė

Milda Dainovskytė is a curator of contemporary art and an artist who graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in graphic art. M. Dainovskytė has curated dozens of art exhibitions and is one half of the curatorial duo that founded the Lokomotif meeting space. For exhibitions, she usually chooses periphery and spaces that are not designed for this purpose or that are personally important to her. She focuses on the history of parks in the second half of the 19th century and research of the archive of photographs from the interwar period in Lithuania. She creates scent smelling tools, installations and perfumes.
